Do you accept Transfers?
Yes, we accept transfers from other dealers/ individuals. Price for a single gun transfer is $30. Multiple gun transfers on the same form are discounted at the store.
- Dealer Transfers: Please email us with the dealers email address and your order information. We will email our license over to them. We need to know which store you are transferring to as well (New Castle or Winchester)
- Individual Transfers: Please have the individual include a copy of their drivers license if the item is not being shipped thru a FFL. We need this for our bound book acquisition and the firearm cannot be transferred without it! We do not send licenses to individuals. If they would like to check our license status, they can do so thru fffezcheck.atf.gov and enter: 4-35-05487
Are you a UPS Ship Station?
Our Winchester Store is a UPS Shipping station. We are able to take prelabeled packages that have labels created and ready to ship out. We are also able to create labels for items that have already been packaged and ready to ship. We are not able to take Amazon Returns that do not have actual labels, cable box returns or modem returns. Those have to be done thru a UPS Store which the closest to either store is Muncie, Indiana (by Lowes).
The New Castle Store is NOT setup for this service.
Do you offer Gunsmithing Services?
While we would love to be able to provide this service, we are not setup to do so. This requires licensing, tooling and time to do so. All of which, we would prefer that professionals do for us!

Are you a Glock Armorer?
We do have Glock Armorers that work in both stores. What this means to you is that all warranty items can be handled in house and does not have to be sent to Glock for repair! Saving you time and $$ in the end! See store for details!
Are you setup for LE/FR Discounts? How about Military?
We are setup for several programs for LE/FR/MIL discounts on particular Manufacturer programs. Some of these include: Walther, Smith & Wesson, CZ, Dan Wesson and More! These require special arrangements and not available on items in the store inventory. We do have sales/ promotions that run thru the year that focuses on these areas. Our Winchester Store is now a GLOCK BLUE Label Dealer!
Can we do Special Orders?
In some cases, yes, but things are off the charts right now! We have no ETA's one when product will become readily available and purchase just about any product that is offered to us! Hang with us and we will get back to normal soon!
